I’m a Cloud & DevOps engineer based in Accra. I work where infrastructure, data, and product meet, and I bring years of operations and client-facing work from outside traditional software teams.
The work is simple to say and hard to do well: take ideas and turn them into systems that ship, stay up, and make sense to the people who rely on them.

At Bandwidth Global I coordinate carrier operations for US client accounts across time zones: live logistics, exception handling, and team leadership. It lines up with how I think about DevOps. Monitoring, incident response, communication, steady improvement.

Background & interests
My path into tech was not linear. Restaurant operations, warehouse logistics, sales, and dispatch came first. That shaped how I see reliability and how I talk to business and technical people. I studied Information Technology at Methodist University Ghana, led the IT student association programming team, and I am AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, working toward Solutions Architect, KCNA, and Linux system skills.
Outside work I care about nature and wildlife, photography, sports, and showing up in community. Curiosity beyond the screen matters.

Coordinating carrier operations for designated US client accounts, managing real-time carrier communications, shipment tracking, and exception handling across eastern and central time zones.
Afterhours Lead
Led afterhours logistics operations for US client accounts. Served as primary escalation point, triaging carrier breakdowns and off-route incidents. Trained and mentored junior dispatchers on SOPs.
